It's been an incredible journey watching James and Ashley build MelodyArc. Taking their experience optimizing Fortune 50 customer service to deploy a solution that reduces costs while improving experience for high growth businesses has been a slam dunk. One of the most meaningful moments for me this past year, as I've supported this team in their build, was having the CEO of one of their client companies reach out to me organically raving about the product, eager to share and even invest. My best investments have been when a solution strikes a chord with a real need we are seeing while operating. Customer service is often viewed as a cost center and yet is the biggest opportunity for improved CX, retention, CAC, positive reviews, and feedback.
