Mattson EVP, Product Development & Commercialization Jaime Reeves attended the MISTA & Naturally Bay Area event last week. The topics included tips and tricks to meet consumer desires, while also addressing tactical needs. Jaime’s advice for those scaling new products was to be practical by keeping trade-offs in mind. She said, “Make a list of Must-Haves, Like-to-Haves, and This-would-be-great.” Because those of us who do it, know that it’s the hardest thing anyone in the food industry does. Jaime’s team of Mattson Commercialization Managers are the best in the business. They are problem solvers in the moment, in the plant, where scale-up happens!
