    Through our multi-year digital transformation, enabled by our future-proof new technology stack, M1 has seamlessly integrated all aspects of our systems onto a unified digital platform. This means our 150 heavily customised legacy systems for both B2B and B2C have been migrated to just seven cloud-based capabilities, lending both cost and operational efficiencies.   What does this mean for our customers? Collaborating closely with leading technology service providers like Infosys, we’ve elevated personalisation and enriched the customer experience. We saw a 35% increase in digital adoption by our customers, with almost 90% of all customer interactions handled via self-service channels. The improved customer omni-channel experience has resulted in a 40% improvement in Net Promoter Score. As we celebrate the successful completion of our project, we reaffirm our commitment to delivering hyper-personalised experiences and driving Singapore’s telecommunications landscape forward. #M1 #DigitalTransformation #CX

    The future of communications is built on collaboration. That's why M1 Limited, a leader in Singapore's #telecom landscape, partnered with Infosys for a holistic #DigitalTransformation. Fast forward four years, and M1 is now the first fully cloud-native #telco in #ASEAN! Across teams, companies, and time zones, clear communication was key. We migrated from 300 applications to 12 best-in-class products integrated into a single digital platform, and consolidated 200 siloed databases into a single data lake. #Cloud adoption skyrocketed from 8% to a whopping 92%! We successfully transformed Postpaid and Fibre programs, migrating legacy customers to the digital stack seamlessly, with no impact on their experience. This wasn't a solo act. Along with the amazing M1 team, together we built a powerful ecosystem with leading industry partners like Salesforce, ARIA, MuleSoft, Nokia, and Snowflake and accelerated the journey, and this transformation wasn't just about technology but the many engineers behind it. We have had celebrations in Singapore earlier with our partners and last week, M1's leadership team celebrated this incredible achievement at Infosys Bangalore and met first-hand the team that made this possible.     Singapore is known to many as a food paradise. Even then, there are some families and individuals who lack the privilege of food security. Today, 18 warm-hearted M1 employees came together to organise and pack food provisions, including rice, for beneficiaries of the Food from the Heart programme. This impactful initiative aims to alleviate hunger and reduce food waste. On a monthly basis, a staggering 13,000 packs are needed to support those in need in Singapore.     At M1, we’re dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the environment through small, actionable steps. Recently, 49 representatives from our Engineering team planted 100 trees at West Coast Park on a sunny morning. This initiative aligns with Keppel Ltd.’s goal of planting 10,000 trees in Singapore’s parks and nature reserves over five years, starting in 2021.     June 25 is a special day for us as Ballu, our Sun Bear, celebrates his 28th birthday! M1 is a proud adopter of the Sun Bear Exhibit at Singapore Zoo and we are thrilled to share this milestone with our beloved Ballu. Ballu is one of the three Sun Bears adopted by M1. Sharing his home are two female Sun Bears ─ the mischievous Matahari who loves to annoy Ballu and the gentle Noi who has won Ballu’s heart. Our adoption of the Sun Bear Exhibit is part of M1's ongoing efforts in supporting wildlife conservation, protecting endangered species and our unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability. Good news – we've teamed up with Enterprise Singapore to launch the Sustainability-Linked Advisory, Grants and Enablers (SAGE) Programme that will simplify sustainability-linked financing solutions for SMEs. The SAGE Programme offers preferential UOB loan rates for companies who have achieved the pre-agreed sustainability performance targets (SPTs). With the support of Enterprise Singapore and our network of sustainability experts including CDP, Convene ESG, M1 Limited, Paia Consulting, PwC Singapore, and TÜV SÜD, SMEs in Singapore can defray up to 85% of the costs of ESG digital platform, advisory and assurance services for GHG inventory, certification of ISO systems and enhancing ESG performance disclosures.
