📰 Big news for the Buffalo tech community this week! The Buffalo-Rochester-Syracuse region secured $40 million in federal funding as a tech hub supporting the national effort to increase American semiconductor manufacturing. “This is the federal government saying that the I-90 corridor is America’s semiconductor superhighway," New York Senator Chuck Schumer said. Out of 400 applications, and after a year-long process, this upstate New York regional tech hub was one of just 12 selected to receive funding from the CHIPS and Science Act. #Technology #Manufacturing #Buffalo

Job postings are meant to call the right person in! Salary transparency isn't a requirement for job postings in all parts of the country. But more and more states are beginning to mandate this as a legal requirement - New York instituted such a rule in September 2023.
