As a dynamic and collaborative organization, PALPA is committed to ensuring that seniors can lead healthy, safe, and independent lives in their homes and communities. LIFE programs offer managed long-term services and support, including medical, social, and personal services. These programs are designed for individuals who need nursing home-level services but prefer living independently in the community. PALPA is comprised of seven LIFE providers: LIFE NWPA, LIFE Geisinger, Community LIFE, LIFE Pittsburgh, Lutheran Senior LIFE, Albright Care Services, and Mercy LIFE, representing 40 LIFE centers across 44 counties. The LIFE programs overseen by PALPA offer managed long-term services and support, including medical, social, and personal services. These programs are designed for individuals who need nursing home-level services but prefer living independently in the community.
