You hate lazy strategy and generic creativity. You reject mediocrity in any form. You won't use a hundred words when ten will do. You won't use ten when a picture will do. You are the people's voice in the room. You see bullshit, and seize ideas. You don't think "collaboration" is a dirty word. You have the professional and intellectual maturity to be critiqued. You can use that same maturity to critique others. You'll teach us something we don't already know (we probably don't). You're ready to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. You'll use that to your advantage. You don't play it safe because safe sucks. You won't play it safe because safe sucks. You bring all of this to the table—no, the BIG table. You're not done.
