  • LCOG Senior & Disability Services is holding a focus group at the Fern Ridge Service Center on Wednesday, July 24th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Join us for a small group discussion on the needs of the community as it relates to aging and disabilities to help Senior & Disability Services develop their next Area Plan. Anyone is welcome to come! This will be held in the Cafe 60 Senior Meals Program space. The 2025-2029 Area Plan is a strategic plan that is a requirement of the Older Americans Act. It is a comprehensive strategic plan that outlines the service goals and objectives for Senior & Disability Services for the next four years throughout our planning and service area, which spans all of Lane County. Information gathered from this focus group, along with a Community Needs Assessment, various data from the US Census, current service levels, and information from key stakeholders will help inform specific goals and objectives for the next four years for Senior & Disability Services.
