Construction wrapped up recently on the second phase of Midgard Self Storage in Kissimmee, Fla. KPM Franklin provided land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the first and second phases of this 2.49-acre retail project in Osceola County. Land surveying services included construction layout and as-built surveys and sketch and legal descriptions. Phase one of the Spectrum+ at Reunion Resort condominium development is complete. KPM Franklin’s land survey department provided ALTA/NSPS land title, boundary, topographic and utility surveys, platting, retaining wall elevations and staking, initial condominium exhibits and construction staking for condominium buildings, clubhouse, pool and cabana amenities, hub office, parking, sidewalks and golf cart paths.
