Congratulations to Jessica Walker on her promotion to Product Support Team Leader. She will be responsible for all aspects of the Product Support and QA departments. Jessica will be overseeing the departments training, flow of work and be involved in the daily activities. We want to continue our efforts to accommodate our customers and give them a helpful experience.
