Last month, our Berkeley manufacturing facility in Hendersonville, N.C., marked 100 years in operation by hosting a celebration for team members, their families, community partners and state/federal leaders. In her opening remarks, Tamera Fenske, our chief supply chain officer, applauded the Berkeley team’s tremendous accomplishment and shared her excitement for the future of manufacturing at Kimberly-Clark. The Hendersonville Honeycrisps, a local baseball team sponsored by Kimberly-Clark, made an appearance and organized an evening game to cap off the festivities. #FacilityFriday

As we look back on this past #PRIDEMonth, we are proud of the many ways our teams supported and celebrated our LGBTQ+ colleagues and community across the globe. We kicked off the month by raising Pride flags at our different offices and manufacturing facilities. We also participated and sponsored several local pride festivals and parades all over the world, from Brazil to Chicago. Furthermore, we hosted events at our sites to celebrate, educate, and engage our employees with guest speakers and roundtable conversations, all aimed at making Kimberly-Clark a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
