Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art Kansas City, Missouri Offering free admission, Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art presents more than a dozen special exhibitions each year and boasts a rapidly growing Permanent Collection of modern and contemporary works by artists from around the world, working in all media. The Museum also hosts installations, lectures, concerts, children’s workshops, and other creative programs designed to entertain and inspire. The celebrated Café Sebastienne serves innovative culinary creations in an artful setting. The Museum Shop offers one-of-a-kind artworks for sale. Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, located at 4420 Warwick Blvd. (one block east of 45th and Main Streets), is open Tuesday–Wednesday 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Thursday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.; and Saturday–Sunday 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The Museum is closed Monday and major holidays.
