Meet Eshaan Dutta, a newly promoted Research Associate I at KBI Biopharma. Eshaan has been working at KBI for nearly two years and recently transitioned from his previous role as Lab Technician II. He joined KBI interested in pursuing a career in research and utilizing his chemistry degree. "I am very excited to dive headfirst into my new role and learn more about the analytical methods we use for research at KBI," Eshaan shares. As he continues to grow in his career, Eshaan finds joy outside of the lab playing guitar. He even writes and produces his own music. Meet Nikita Nhu-Nguyen Dinh, Principal Scientist at KBI Biopharma’s facility in Louisville, Colorado.      Nikita leads our mass spectrometry core team, ensuring we provide top-tier analysis and support for our clients' characterization programs. Her team strives to expand its capabilities with new applications, instrumentation, and software, and they work to drive efficiency by establishing workflows. Recently, they have partially automated the peptide mapping sample preparation, upgraded their lab with nitrogen generators, and implemented vendor-neutral software for complex mass-spec data analysis across different instruments. "We take being the 'next generation CDMO' very seriously," she proudly says.     It is the people, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing that Nikita says drives her work at KBI. "The teamwork spirit is phenomenal," she adds. "I'm humbled by the community at KBI and our ambitions to be on the cutting edge of technology." Nikita is looking forward to continuing to lead her team through these exciting advancements.     When she’s not in the lab, you can find Nikita whipping up delicious meals and treats at home. She loves cooking for loved ones and cherishes moments with family and friends.
