Keiana Palmer, an associate in the Corporate Practice Group and member of the firm’s Guyana Task Force, was in attendance to hear remarks from Louisiana native and Ambassador to the Co-Operative Republic of Guyana Nicole Theriot, President of the Co-Operative Republic of Guyana Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, and several other American and Guyanese diplomats in honor of Independence Day. During the reception, Keiana had the opportunity to meet President Ali and discuss US-Guyana relations with government officials, private sector representatives, community leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.
