Our agency team handles full funnel media planning, execution, and optimization while our consulting team offers true strategic leadership for building successful marketing agencies. All our work is supported with a strong foundation of data and actionable insights which ensure our clients are as successful as possible. As a company, our motto is to build a company that improves the lives of our clients, our people, and the world around us. We support this mission through a number of efforts including our WORKS program. Good Works is our philanthropy program that ensures we have an outsized impact on our surrounding communities through financial and volunteering efforts. Our Well Works program focuses on the mental, physical, and spiritual health of our employees through required minimum PTO, an annual wellness stipend, fully paid health care, fully paid counseling services, extended parental leave, and much more.     With their immense buying power and influence, why are women aged 55+ barely visible in the fashion industry? Our Sr. Director of Client Strategy & Service, Jeremy Ekes, connected with ROAR Forward’s Tony Case on why we see so few women 55+ in fashion campaigns. Jeremy explained that the underrepresentation stems from the misconception that younger adults have more buying power than they actually do. What many brands fail to realize is that including models from a broader age group brings authenticity and inspiration to campaigns. Remember Christie Brinkley is 70.     Ally is a verb, not a noun! As we finish Pride Month here at January Digital and January Consulting, we are grateful to our entire organization, and especially our Proud Employee Resource Group, for making this month of awareness and advocacy so meaningful in both our New York and Dallas offices. We had the privilege of learning from industry icon and wonderful human Joseph Taiano on not only his experience in Marketing leadership, but his personal DEI journey. So many insights we’ll carry with us, including this a-ha moment: “Your network is your net worth. Be kind to people.” Our teams also had the opportunity to support Brooklyn Community Pride Center, Inc and Dallas Hope Charities this month by creating hygiene kits for those facing homelessness and housing insecurity. As we wrap up this month, we remain committed to making ally a verb!
