I'm so grateful that Alyssa Sy, Ashley Gallego and Elizabeth Gonzalez saw me speak in Tampa back in March and believed in the power of #TheRippleEffect. We just wrapped up an amazing day at their site at The Navy Yard in Philadelphia with a private tour of their facility, a talk for their employees and a two-hour workshop with a group of their leaders. There were tears, hugs, laughs, and 10 lbs of pebbles that I somehow managed to get through TSA 😂 Thank you for the incredible hospitality and for trusting in me!
