As part of our programming for #PrideMonth, the Invesco Proud Network (IPN) teamed up with with EMEA Mental Wellbeing and the EMEA Tech Wellness group to honor Men's Health Week by hosting a global conversation with Chris Bell. Chris is an academic, speaker and trainer who specializes in physical and mental health, and he joined Invesco for a thoughtful discussion on body image and the role that media and social media play in men's mental health. During his presentation, Chris left our audience with mindset shifts we can all take to foster a healthier body image. One of his points focused on looking at the body as an instrument that allows you to do things that you enjoy. Thank you to Chris for his time, and to our employee-led Business Resources Groups for putting together an insightful program.
