On #HNI2024 Summer School, second #HybridNeuroHub (HNH) Day with a round table was organized and HNH initiative was presented mainly to Slovenian stakeholders. An international initiative born from the HybridNeuro project. All the essential stakeholders – experts in the field of Biomedical engineering for neuromuscular rehabilitation and human movement, Start-up’s, SMEs, Clinicians, representatives of EU regulative for medical device, Regional development agencies, Technology transfer office and Technology parks as early STEM educators – for the successful valorisation of knowledge from the academia to the clinical and industrial setting, get together. Understanding the needs, challenges, and identifying obstacles gives a sense of purpose to #HybridNeuroHub, to actively pursue solutions and offer ongoing support in the future. 💡 We all agree that it is crucial to i) maintain active communication, ii) strive toward establishing effective quadruple helix collaboration, iii) initiate co-creation processes, iv) define clear orientation of the region about priorities and funding support and v) keep educating about STEM studies early in the childhood.
