It's surprising but not that a survey shows 62% of hospitals surveyed don't use automation in their denials management process; 24% don't have any established plans. In an era when #RPA and data exchange are becoming a commodity and denials are on the rise, automation is key to scaling denied claim volumes. More advanced approaches to managing denials utilize machine learning, regression modeling, and generative AI.
