We have a number of Associate Consultants promoted to Senior Associate Consultants including; Clair Marenco, Daniel Kuang, Joshua Goldstein, Amanda Junek, Cole Exline, Ellie Rokicki, Caroline Sawrey, Christian Hahm, Jillian P., and Sergio Sacramone-DeLeon. Elena Brown-Soler and Wenyi Ouyang have been promoted to Consultants. Kyle Irvine has stepped up into the Case Team Lead role and Alex Curran has grown into a Senior Case Team Lead. Both Tavishi Pandey and Catherine Rickenbacker have taken on the roles of Manager. We are also thrilled to promote Sam McMeley to an Associate Principal and Andrew Degatano to the role of Senior Head of Data and Analytic Strategy. We were thrilled to welcome Vishak Ramesh as our first high school intern during the first half of this year. Vishak joined us through a school course at Community Charter School of Cambridge (CCSC) that provided students with valuable internship opportunities within the local community. During his time here, he gained insights into our company and worked diligently on a project that concluded with a presentation for community members. While we’re sad to see him go, we eagerly anticipate his future achievements and wish him the best of luck in all his endeavors!

This month, Hayden organized a panel with four members of our Leadership Team on how to think about consulting as a long-term career. The panel delved into a variety of topics, including what motivates us, work sustainability, balancing other life priorities, implementing effective strategies for career longevity, and establishing healthy boundaries. Our hope is that this type of dialogue celebrates our team and their diverse needs, empowering everyone at Hayden to shape and define what work life balances means. 

Last week at VERSUS Arcade Bar was a blast! Our colleagues and new hires got to showcase their gaming skills and bond over fun conversation. It was wonderful to continue building strong connections outside the office. We're looking forward to more fun events like this!

In the past year, there has been a wave of bipartisan support seeking to delink Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) compensation from a drug’s list price: the PBM Transparency ACT, the PBM Reform ACT, the PBM Accountability Act, and the Lower Costs, More Transparency Act.
