NEW SETTLEMENT - Congratulations to the legal team led by attorney Michael White. The team's efforts recently resulted in a $100,000 auto accident settlement. Our client was rear-ended and sustained an injury to her hip which required surgery. The insurance company for the defendant initially argued that our client’s hip injury was not causally related to the motor vehicle collision and alleged that her injuries were a result of degeneration or other unrelated pre-existing health conditions. Despite the defendant’s insurance company’s arguments they eventually relented and offered the full policy limits to our client. #ThinkBig #ThinkBigWins
