Congratulations to Audra Bryant on scoring a win for our client, a big box retailer. Plaintiff, alleged he was falsely arrested while shopping and suffered physical injuries as a result of being placed in a police car for an extended period of time following his detention by store employees. The Plaintiff sought over $200,000 in damages. Audra secured a complete summary judgment. Attorney fees and costs will also be sought. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eWxQwuNJ

Congratulations to Nicholas DeCapua and Omari Sinclair and Team on a complete defense verdict on causation in an admitted negligence case. The case involved an intersection motor vehicle accident with significant property damage. The Plaintiff, represented by Morgan & Morgan, asked the jury for $150,000.00 in future medical expenses and more than $1,000,000.00 in past and future pain and suffering. Following a four (4) day trial, the Lake County jury deliberated for less than two hours before returning its verdict. #HMBLaw #TrialLawyers
