SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: ✅ Ability to generate leads from various methods, as well as curate positive Realtor relationships. ✅ Deliver the industry’s highest level of customer experience from contract to close. ✅ Physically demonstrate the products, offered by Goodall Homes, directly to guests by taking them through model homes, market homes, homes under construction and showing available homesites. ✅ Ensure all new listings are accurately and attractively placed on the MLS within 24 hours of release for sale. ✅ Enter customer data into a CRM platform and ensure accuracy of data and effective follow-up. ✅ Ensure all contract paperwork is turned in correctly and timely. ✅ Conduct Design selection appointments for Pre-Sale Customers. ✅ Monitor the loan approval and construction process for all customers. ✅ Shop the competition, monthly, in person and maintain current information on all local competition regarding product, pricing, financing, and marketing strategy and report information to management. ✅ Maintain all Real Estate license requirements, continuing education and Errors & Omissions Insurance. ✅ Ensure model home(s) and community appearance are maintained at the highest standards. PREREQUISITES FOR SUCCESS: ✅ Successful “Demo Day” results and completion of required sales training curriculum ✅ Prior new home sales experience of 2+ years (preferred) ✅ Obtain state appropriate real estate license, continuing education and Errors & Omissions Insurance. ✅ Excellent communication skills to handle interaction articulately and professionally with customers, client, and public. ✅ Be a competition “guru” by being knowledgeable of area homebuilders. ✅ High drive for goal achievement and ability to perform successfully under high level of accountability to monthly sales results.
