Congratulations to The Dojo Difference!
February 1st is one of our biggest days of the year. It's when all of our locations open summer camp registration. Yesterday was also the first day we tried our new registration system (MyStudio). It was the least stressful 1st day of summer camp registration I've had with the Dojo in 10 years. Why was that? Well, there were a number of factors: *Our Executive Director of Camps, Alyx Gordy had all the details taken care of way ahead of time and prepped our team accordingly, *The right people were on the team, so if we encountered issues, we found solutions quickly, *We communicated internally with each other effectively so that if we saw something that might be an issue, everyone was prepared for action, *MyStudio and their team had a great onboarding process with us, and their software solution fit our needs for our complicated summer camp registration system. *We also have a great group of parents and families who rely on us every year to provide them the best summer camp. We're thankful that they chose us again this year to serve them and their families.
