    We are thrilled to see the buzz from Stake's acquisition of Circa. The acquisition created the first Cash Back rent payments platform in the industry. It is unusual to find mission aligned PropTech companies, but Stake found that with Circa, which makes this announcement so special. The culture of Circa and the culture of Stake meshed. In short, together we are focused - on our mission to accelerate renter wealth, - our core cultural principle, to bring our authentic selves to work each day. Over the past two years, Oliver has managed Stake’s backend integrations to property management software, our API, a constant and sometimes unrelenting job. But his collaborative spirit and willingness to keep improving the quality and efficiency of Stake, and doing it by bringing his authentic self -- our first cultural principle -- every day.
