I'm all in on the HubSpot ecosystem Here's what that means at Supered⚡ - 3 Principles: 1) Build for HubSpot 2) Build for Solution Partners 3) Sell with Solution Partners That's why our mission is this: "Create the next generation of Elite HubSpot Solutions Partners." Here is each one explained in more details. 1) Build for HubSpot: We have a HubSpot bias tool. Yes, it works in other places, but it works better in HubSpot. Examples -> Process Rules: You can guide reps to the "next best action" inside the CRM. -> Portal Replication: You can "lift and shift" and host entire HubSpot portals. -> Action Plans (coming soon): Can assign tasks and track them in the CRM 2) Build for Partners: We build for partner use cases first. We think less about "end-user experience" and most about "how do I serve my clients?" and "how do I get clients to use the software/process I implemented." There is a LOT of overlap between those questions and end users, BUT has a BIG impact on how we build Supered. Examples: -> White Label: You can white label all of Supered - the extension, the emails, the colors, the logo, etc. We went so far to rename our Extension from "Supered" to "Sidekick" SO it is easier for partners to white label it. -> Account Access: We built tools that let partners easily switch between accounts to manage multiple Supered instances. -> Partner Success Managers: We build our success team around supporting partners, NOT supporting end users. We don't have "customer support team," we have a "partner support team." 3) Sell with Solutions Partners: Partnership w/ HS partners is our BET. We are spending lots of calories on helping partners sell more services, win more deals, and retain clients longer. Here's some things we do: -> Recurring Revenue: All partners get 20% recurring revenue for any partner or customer they sell for the lifetime of the customer. I'm about to pay a 12k commission check, which makes me VERY happy. -> Annual Giveaway: We hold a competition and giveaway 50k to our partner ecosystem. -> Partner Tiering (coming soon): We are launching partner tiers to help us show partners what is most important to us and HEAVILY invest in those betting on Supered as their competitive advantage From day one, we've been gunning for critical mass. We call that 100 partners. And we are just about there. The 100-partner point is where we start "violently" or "tenaciously" co-marketing and co-selling with our partners. We want to love our partner really hard. Said differently: And it's my intent to give all Supered partners an UNFAIR competitive advantage. And if we don't, we're building the wrong product. We want to win hard together; win more deals; win larger deals; win deals faster; and keep customers longer. Together. Let's accelerate the #hubolution.
