He joined Fulton County in 2018, bringing over 20 years of expertise in data, analytics, and technology to serve our community. As COO for Justice, Public Safety, and Technology, Alton led numerous initiatives, including the award-winning Project ORCA and the new Animal Services Facility. His leadership has made a significant impact on our county.
