JOB POSTING - Controller / Director of Finance (Advertising): My client, a small advertising agency with offices in Los Angeles, NYC and Wash DC is seeking a hands-on financial professional to partner with agency leaders and develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure the company is focused and flexible with strong fiscal management, optimal project coordination, and effective cross-team communication and workflows. This position encompasses all financial duties from payroll to maintaining the general ledger to complex financial analysis and recommendations for growth and efficiencies. Experience in advertising with a proven track record of innovation is required for success.
