“Seeing the Design Tool up on Times Square billboard with my Fresh Prints family during a New York summer rainstorm was a moment I will never forget. I think the element of surprise made it extra special. Traffic was nuts around Times Square on a rainy Sunday afternoon, so we arrived at the spot in front of the billboard a mere 60 seconds before our ad ran. We were Soaked. Full of questions. And intrigue. All worth it :) “ - Santiago Villaronga #FreshPrints #Timessquare #designtool

Everyone knows we launched our Design Tool already, but I hope y'all didn’t think that was it!!?? (you know us better than that!!) To make it stand out, we had to go BIG or go HOME… Sooooooo it launched through a big screen debut  LIVE AT TIMES SQUARE!! We surprised Jacob Goodman, Josh Arbit, Lizzie Sivitz, Dylan Gilbert, Wiro W., Adam Freundlich, and a bunch of our favorite CMs by dragging everyone to midtown in the middle of a rainstorm for the big reveal. #FreshPrints #DesignTool #Timessquare #FP

"Watching MasterChef Australia in 9th grade flipped a switch in me: I wanted to be a chef, and not just any chef—a pastry chef. That show was a culinary gateway drug for many of us. I was all in, dreaming of Hotel Management and a Pastry Arts course at Le Cordon Bleu. Fast forward to 11th grade, and I’m torn between two loves: doctoring and desserting. I thought, why not be both? A doctor-pastry chef hybrid—how cool! But reality checked in, and I realized I was more whisk than a stethoscope. On the other hand, my parents weren’t convinced of my pastry passion. As the saying goes, "You gotta do engineering before finding what you're really passionate about." So, I embarked on a Computer Science engineering journey, despite not being the most enthusiastic coder. Each semester, I'd share my true aspirations with my parents – "Mom, Dad, I really want to be a pastry chef!" – but they were hesitant to let me pursue my passion. It wasn't until after four years of engineering that I finally convinced them to support my decision: to enroll in an advanced diploma in baking and pastry arts in India.  I interned at a swanky hotel in Hyderabad and then whipped up magic at Labonel, one of Hyderabad’s best bakeries, for nearly two years. I even ran my own home baking biz on the side. Then COVID hit, and baking became a frosting loop—sweet but repetitive. I missed the thrill of analysis. So, I pivoted to data analysis, leaning on my engineering background and my love for data. Now, I’m a Data Analyst at Fresh Prints and I absolutely love it. Finding patterns and solving data puzzles is my new jam. My journey led me to Fresh Prints, where I’m constantly challenged and loving every moment. A pinch of MasterChef Australia, a dash of doctoring dreams, and a whole lot of data-driven determination – that's the recipe for my unconventional career path!" - Ramya Ganti #career #pastrychef #baking #FreshPrints #employeestory

"Hey y’all! I’m Asghar Ali Khan :) I was one of the early members of the team when I joined back in October 2019. I work out of Hyderabad, India, where Fresh Prints started out in India. I joined Fresh Prints straight out of college - where I did my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and specialized in Finance. With 2 super attractive offers in hand - I decided to take a leap of faith and join the new and shiny startup instead of an e-commerce giant. And boy, am I glad that I did! 💫 I now run printer acquisition at Fresh Prints. “Printer acquisition” is not a term you come across too often! Here’s the lowdown: As a custom apparel company, we work with printers who do all types of printing: you name it - we print it! 👕 My team’s goal is to make sure we have enough printers, with a variety of different types of print types, to handle our order volume throughout the year.  We're all about partnering with the best printers to get the job done on-time with super-high quality! By working with multiple printers, we can: Pick the perfect partner for every project Avoid printer overload and ensure timely delivery Print locally to the client to avoid shipping delays Keep our customers happy with top-notch results 💯 We currently have a strong network of over 100 trusted printers, and are always looking to expand our roster with reliable partners who can deliver high-quality prints. We usually prioritize printers with the capacity to handle a high volume of orders and meet tight turnaround times (3-4 days from receipt to shipping). If you're a printer who can deliver high-quality prints while meeting our production and shipping demands, hit me up 👋🏽 !" #FreshPrints #employeestory #career #startupsuccess #printing

The last of the series - part 3 of Arpana Sebastian's rollercoaster journey at FP! (3/3) "2021 was a transformative year for us, shaping our path forward in significant ways. It marked the beginning of a new chapter as we embarked on internal organizational restructuring. We made strategic hires of mid and upper-level managers, infusing our team with fresh perspectives and expertise to drive our vision forward. As part of this evolution, we expanded our culture doc, adding new levels to reflect our growing organization's values and aspirations. Each addition represents a milestone in our journey, guiding us as we navigate the complexities of growth and change. And speaking of growth, our once-small team experienced remarkable expansion, welcoming over 100 new members over the course of the year. What started as a tight-knit group, blossomed into a dynamic and diverse community, united by a shared passion for excellence and innovation. 2023 was a year of incredible milestones for us, starting with the arrival of the newest member of the 'Fresh Prints' family – the adorable 'Fresh Prince' aka Josh’s son! But that's just the beginning of our story. Despite the shift to remote work, we made it a priority to foster connection and collaboration. In 2023, we organized not one, not two, but three 'work from office' weeks. Colleagues from India, the US, and the Philippines came together at a co-working space in Hyderabad, bridging virtual and real-life connections. It was an incredible opportunity to meet face-to-face with team members hired during and after the lockdown, strengthening our bonds and fueling innovation. As we look back on the achievements of 2023, we're filled with gratitude for the journey we've shared and the milestones we've reached together." #employeestories #FreshPrints #testimonials #journeyatFP

And the saga continues (2/3)... "2019 was a pivotal year for us as we ventured into multiple verticals and officially launched our 'Sales' team in India. With talented individuals in Operations, Finance, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales, our team was poised for success. Following Josh's successful trip in 2018, it was Jacob and Jolijt's turn to connect with the team in India. Jolijt led an insightful management session based on 'High Output Management,' while Jacob imparted invaluable lessons in Negotiation 101 – knowledge that left a lasting impact on our career growth. And let's not forget Jacob's indulgence in the most delicious Chicken 65 and Haleem from Hyderabad! As the year drew to a close, Josh made a triumphant return. Together, we tackled our first holiday campaign. Amidst the hustle, we found time to bond over games of Secret Hitler and celebrate the joyous festival of Diwali. Following this, the infamous LOCKDOWN and the PANDEMIC – they defined much of our journey in 2020. While countless companies faced closures and layoffs, we defied the odds. We not only weathered the storm but thrived. We experienced remarkable growth, without having to let go of a single team member. It was a testament to our resilience and unwavering commitment to our people.Embracing the new normal, we transitioned to a permanent work-from-home structure. Even as lockdown restrictions eased, we chose to continue this arrangement, establishing ourselves as a permanent remote-first company. 2020 was undoubtedly a year of survival – a year that tested our mettle and resilience like never before. But through it all, we emerged stronger, more adaptable, and more united than ever before!" -Arpana Sebastian

Are you ready for a story? Hear it from our first ever employee from India, Arpana Sebastian! (1/3) “Picture this: it's 2017, and the world's about to witness the birth of something epic. Our adventure began with Josh and Jacob's simple ad calling for fearless leaders in India. Cue me and my partner-in-crime, Miriam George, saying, "Challenge accepted!" Now, imagine a scene straight out of an adventure movie: no office, payment chaos, but did we panic? Heck no! We tackled those obstacles like bosses, snagging an office space and cooking up ingenious solutions faster than you can say "startup magic." Recognizing the importance of defining our ethos, we unveiled the 'Fresh Principles,' shaping the foundation of our identity (Wondering what they are? Head over to our website). But, as with any journey, missteps were inevitable. Our lack of structure in team hierarchy served as a valuable lesson, prompting introspection and growth. Zoom ahead about a year since we kicked off, and there's Josh, jet-lagged but pumped, landing in India for the first time. And where's our HQ? In a cozy 2-bedroom apartment! Yep, we started small but dreamt big. Fuelled by our commitment to growth, we realized the need for a cohesive culture framework. With invaluable insights from our now VP of Growth, Jolijt, the 'Culture Doc' was born – a blueprint for our collective success. Oh, and speaking of changes, Josh was appointed CEO, and Jolijt's crew went from "Marketing" to "Growth." Talk about a power move! Year 2 was like hitting the turbo button for us. We recruited some serious MVPs in Product, UX/UI, Marketing, HR, and Sales—the dream team, if you will. But as we kept growing, our little apartment couldn't contain us anymore. So, we leveled up to a swankier spot – our "new office" – until the dreaded lockdown crashed the party about a year and a half later. But hey, at least we got to rock some killer Diwali vibes before that! And that's just the opening act of our blockbuster saga... Stay tuned for more thrills, spills, and epic victories!” #FreshPrints #employeestories #FPjourney
