Meet Adriana Valenzuela. Her father used to tell her, “si se puede” (you can do it) and she proved him right when she became president of Ford Credit Mexico earlier this year. Her international Ford Credit career began 25 years ago in Mexico City. She didn’t know the employer until she arrived for the interview, and was excited to see the Ford Motor Company blue oval on the building ‒ and to land the marketing analyst job. “I love Ford Credit because of our values. We work in a family space and we are such a big family,” she said. “I encourage people always to be innovative. Look for ways to make processes easier or better. Speak up with any idea you have.” Away from work, Adriana enjoys spending time with her family, travel and volunteer work.

When we start a #relationship, we’re in it for the long haul. Proof: We’ve worked with Arrow Ford Dealerships in Abilene, Texas, for 60 of our nearly 65 years in business! Our AJ Harris (he’s in the middle) hosted a celebration at the dealership and presented owners Seaton (left) and Vinson Higginbotham (right) with a rare 60th anniversary award. Meet Andy Read who recently joined our #Product team. “It’s really cool to be part of something that is making a difference and has room to grow,” he says. "It’s almost like consulting because I work with different teams. It’s fun to switch up." Away from work, Andy enjoys time with his family, climbs mountains and soars the skies as a private pilot. “My father taught me how to drive everything – boats, planes, cars,” he says. His daily driver is a Ford Explorer, but he used a plane to give a lift to our headquarters to #Technology colleague Kevin McClure who, like Andy, is #RemoteWorking. Andy, his wife and preschool sons plan to relocate to Washington state where they are building a house Andy designed – that's the contractor’s Ford F-150 Lightning powering construction on the remote site.
