    Itโ€™s simple โ€” but so important: ๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ณ, ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐˜†? Itโ€™s easy to get stuck on the things about ourselves that we donโ€™t like or that weโ€™d like to improve.
