FNB is excited to welcome two new employees, Kenneth and Kyle, to the team! Kenneth Rickman joins FNB as our Facilities Manager and brings with him more than 15 years of professional management experience. Kenneth was born and raised in Texas and is excited to be at FNB. He is passionate about creating efficient and positive work environments. When not working, he enjoys raising chickens, his two cats, Grazy and Zane, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and indulging in his love for food, both eating and cooking. Kyle Shilling joins the FNB family as a Customer Connect Representative, and he brings with him three years of prior banking experience with A+ FCU. Kyle was born and raised in the area and happy to now work and serve in our community. In his free time, he enjoys riding his horses. Kyle is looking forward to his journey here at FNB and all the opportunities that will come along the way.

FNB is excited to welcome two new employees to the team! Odalys “Maya” Maya was born in Houston but relocated to Austin at an early age and has been in the area since. She has more than five years of experience in customer service, serving in both retail and the luxury automotive industry. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, making flower arrangements, and spending time with her dog Cinnamon. Maya is most excited about helping to create a great experience for our FNB customers in Austin. Shelton Muns grew up here in the charming town of Bastrop, TX. He is a dedicated Real Estate Loan Operations Specialist with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate financing. Outside of work, Shelton loves spending time outdoors, especially at the lake with his beloved Golden Retriever, Ellie. An avid traveler, he plans to explore more destinations and has a particular fondness for cruise ship vacations. Whether at work or leisure, Shelton brings enthusiasm and a love for adventure to everything he does. Welcome to FNB Maya and Shelton!

Welcome Hersh, our new Retail Relationship Banker at HQ. 🤝  With a career spanning various industries, his experience ranges from being a Kayak River Guide to managing national and global accounts in the technology sector. He’s also served as an engineering tech, construction territory manager, and CAD & 3D model designer. Hersh was raised in the area, and now he and his wife are expecting their first child. Outside of work, Hersh volunteers for River Clean with Keep Bastrop Co Beautiful. Hobbies include traveling, gaming, camping, water sports, and gardening. What he likes about Bastrop the most? “I love the charm, nature (especially the river) & people of the town. This community welcomed my family with open arms long ago & I’m happy to contribute back to it in any way I can.”
