The Transform 66 #OutsidetheBeltway Project was awarded Best Road, Bridge, and Tunnel Project at this year’s P3 Awards🎉 The multi-modal project is among the largest public-private partnership (P3) roadway infrastructure projects constructed in the United States, representing a private investment of over $3 billion.
