The new Pinal VOTES building in Florence, AZ is complete, in time for elections! The 55,000 SF center included remediation and demolition of the adjacent 20,000 SF Public Defender’s building. The facility is designed for 45 employees, with a capacity to hold 900 people during election season. It contains secured offices, as well as a processing center and high-security vaults to house the ballots once they are received. In order to ensure on-time completion, our collaborative team developed several fast-track phases during design to provide expedited construction sequencing. Swan Architects Inc Pinal County

What better way to celebrate both the legacy and future of Grand Junction High School than by performing the Fight Song one last time in the current building! (*Turn on audio 🎵 *). We look forward to seeing the GJHS band perform this song in the new school this fall and continuing the many other traditions that make this community special. This video was prepared by DPM for the Board of Education project update last week - the last update before the ribbon cutting in August. It shares a recap of the construction of the new school building with drone footage captured by Clint Smith and Onsite Drone Services! Special thanks to the entire D51 community, the 'Yes on GJHS' campaign committee, Mesa County Valley School District 51, Grand Junction High School, BG+co, DLR Group, FCI Constructors, Inc., and the Colorado Department of Education BEST Grant Program for making this important project possible. Like most municipalities, the City of Brighton has worked so hard to make this campus a reality, and today, we reached a significant milestone! FCI Constructors, Inc. hosted the topping-off ceremony, bringing the community of participants together to sign and place the last beam. One step closer to realizing this long-awaited project. The beam will be exposed in the facility's interior, a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. Thank you to the community, city officials, user groups, and design and construction team members who have supported and contributed to the Michael Woodruff Municipal Service Center. Your efforts are helping to shape Brighton's brighter future! #D2Carchitects #ToppingOffCeremony #CommunitySupport #FCIConstructors #PublicWorks #AQOLFA
