The combination of a dense population, high economic output, and housing supply constraints means that risk-adjusted returns for multifamily real estate will remain strong for the foreseeable future. #multifamily #californiapropertymanagement

At Fairgrove, the safety of our residents and employees is a top priority. Our SD technicians completed an intensive EPA training program and now are up-to-date on EPA regulations and safety protocol. We are thrilled to see our team continue to grow and excel in everything they do.

Resident health and safety are our top priorities at Fairgrove Property Management. Our maintenance techs adhere strictly to all EPA safety measures to ensure our residents' well-being. It's with great pleasure that we announce Kinny Lee and Art Zavala have successfully completed the EPA Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program Certification! The EPA's RRP rule is crucial for contractors and property managers working on pre-1978 properties, as renovation work in such properties can create hazardous lead dust. Homeowners undertaking RRP projects should hire lead-safe certified contractors to mitigate lead exposure risks. To safeguard your family, especially children, during renovations, consider implementing these lead-safe work practices: - Assess lead-based paint presence - Establish a safe setup - Use protective gear - Minimize dust generation - Maintain clean work areas - Properly dispose of waste - Thoroughly clean the area These practices are essential and budget-friendly steps to ensure a safe living environment.
