🔬✨ Last week, Exail had the pleasure of welcoming students to the first Photonics TALENTS Nouvelle-Aquitaine Summer School, held from July 8-12, 2024, in Bordeaux! This incredible event gathered 50 European Master's and PhD students in #photonics, giving them a unique chance to dive into the latest innovations and industry trends in laser #technologies and applications. 🏭 Our experts showcased our photonics activities and technological solutions through presentations, posters, and virtual reality workshops, highlighting the importance of transferring R&D results to real-world industrial applications. Our aim was to inspire these young talents to consider a career in the #industry by showing them the exciting opportunities available to turn scientific discoveries into #innovative solutions. 💡 In collaboration with prestigious partners like ALPhANOV, Amplitude Laser, TOPTICA Photonics, ALPHA-RLH, le pôle français des ondes de l'innovation, and featuring Nobel Prize in Physics laureate alain aspect, this event was a fantastic opportunity for exchange and knowledge sharing. We are proud to support the growth of photonics in Nouvelle-Aquitaine and to help train the experts of tomorrow. Cet événement exceptionnel a réuni 50 étudiants européens de Master et de Doctorat en #photonique, leur offrant une occasion unique d'explorer les innovations et les tendances industrielles en matière de #technologies et d'applications laser. 🏭 Nos experts ont présenté nos activités et solutions technologiques en photonique au travers de conférences, posters et ateliers en réalité virtuelle, en soulignant l'importance du transfert des résultats de la #recherche vers des applications industrielles concrètes. Notre objectif était d'inspirer ces jeunes talents à envisager une carrière dans l'#industrie en leur montrant que de belles opportunités les attendent pour transformer les découvertes scientifiques en solutions innovantes. 💡 En collaboration avec des partenaires prestigieux tels que ALPhANOV, Amplitude Laser, TOPTICA Photonics, ALPHA-RLH, le pôle français des ondes de l'innovation, et avec la participation du Prix Nobel de Physique alain aspect, cet événement a été une réelle opportunité d’échanges et de partage de connaissances.
