Be our next Head of Growth at Epic Gardening & Botanical Interests, Inc. The Head of Growth will be an experienced professional who has a proven track record in managing extensive Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategies, Amazon marketplace optimization, as well as executing marketing campaigns at scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of marketing activities including paid media, social media, email marketing, CRM strategies, direct mail, site merchandising, and more. We're seeking a heavy hitter responsible for devising and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. This is a great fit if you… ✅ Are a proven leader (CMO/SVP level) with high agency, capable of self-direction and thriving in high ambiguity environments ✅ Have overseen BOTH lifecycle marketing and growth marketing ✅ Have the strategic chops to build a growth plan AND keep customers engaged ✅ Are highly motivated with a track record of managing successful marketing teams and initiatives ✅ Are willing to take calculated risks to achieve growth and are highly data-driven in your decision-making processes. ✅ Are experienced in handling large-scale omni-channel marketing efforts. ❗Are an avid gardener (bonus points!)
