Meet Peter Schmidt, Mechanical Engineer at Engenium Group. Outside of Engenium, Peter is a skilled rower, having competed professionally nearly all of his adult life – and eventually qualifying for the 2020 Summer Olympics. After the Pandemic derailed his plans to compete, Peter decided to retire from rowing, however continued his passion through a new outlet – coaching 📣 . After many months of hard work, Peter will be traveling with Andre Matias to the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, where they hope to bring home a gold medal 🥇 .
