As Gynecological Cancer Awareness Month comes to a close and Pink October looms, I wanted to remind everyone about endometrial cancer. Last year, I started this foundation as a survivor ( Anne Arvizu, PharmD, FASCP, PCC ). As a pharmacist who spent a quarter of a century in service to Big Pharma, and 17 of those years overseeing oncology medical affairs operations, such as Global Medical Information. I was so shocked to receive my own diagnosis and then to witness such an enormous education gap in the market. There is a chasm that exists between mainstream medical treatment and alternative medicine that 68,000 women per year are seeing hope and answers to. We can't bridge that divide and launch our podcast and social media campaigns without you. Last year, we applied for and were turned down for 35 Pharma Grants. We even lost money on #givingtuesday by paing a staff member time to create and post. This year, I almost all but shut us down since we were hacked in February and the victim of a systematic financial attack resulting in my identity theft.
