Key Responsibilities: - Manage tasks from multiple sources: Email, IM, phone, ticketing systems, and in-person. - Identify and receive projects from various customers. - Perform inventory management and asset tracking. - Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. - Assist field technicians in updating the trouble ticketing system. - Submit cybersecurity requests for software additions to classified systems. - Research the origins of COTS (Commercial-off-the-shelf) software.
