5 years ago (May 2019), Emtrain launched a whole new learning design, platform, and tech to provide a mobile first learning design that prompts learners to provide their experiences regarding different workplace situations. It's a "listen while you learn" approach so while we're teaching employees, we're gathering employee sentiment and feeding it back to employers; all so employers can be proactive–not reactive–on the tricky people issues.
