Thank you to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for welcoming our EHN Community trainers and participating in the First Responder Basic Life support and Naloxone training! The course is offered at no cost only to First Responders, and provides a foundational understanding of the opioid public health crisis and the overdose epidemic and how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose, as well as training participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
