Last Friday, Kirstie Stachnik and Abbie Bates had the opportunity to lead a presentation on Soft Skills & Interview Tips for Livingston Educational Service Agency's Early College Program. This group included students pursuing careers in Business Administration, Cyber Security, Mechatronics, Nursing, Welding, and Automotive. EctoHR values our partnership with Livingston Educational Service Agency!

It was great to have Jeanne Clum from Livingston County United Way stop by EctoHR today. EctoHR is proud to support the Livingston County United Way and all the amazing work they do to support the community!

Last Friday was Employee Appreciation Day and we celebrated our staff today with lunch! "A great employee is like a four-leaf clover; hard to find and lucky to have!"

Steve Williams and Colleen Burke just finished up two action-packed days with the M&M Excavating team! The sessions brought a ton of energy and enthusiasm and were focused on growing as leaders! The M&M Excavating team inspires us with their hard work and humility!

Our team is still buzzing after a great two days with 22 construction professionals for our Building Better Leaders “Field” edition in mid-February. We had two jam-packed days filled with great energy and learning from each other. We appreciate the group’s energy and enthusiasm and look forward to hearing about their continued leadership success!   Our next installment of Building Better Leaders will kick off in October of this year. We are currently considering adding a third annual session this spring – so please stay tuned for more information!   

Please join us in welcoming Dana DeGrazia as our new HR Coordinator! Dana has been working and/or volunteering in public schools for the last 15 years in South Lyon. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, running, biking, Adventure Racing and spending time with her family!
