On June 28, the Supreme Court ruled on Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, issuing yet another decision that grabs power for federal judges to strike down federal regulations that we depend on to keep us safe. In its 6-3 decision, the Court eliminated the Chevron deference doctrine, a longstanding legal principle that allows federal agencies (like the Environmental Protection Agency) to regulate on behalf of Americans.

We are proud to offer Episode 6, a discussion with EJ policy development leaders Jeremy Orr (Earthjustice) and Sean Moriarty (Archer Public Affairs). Trying to move the needle on many of these issues is really difficult, and both men have done just that in their states and around the country. If you aren't following both already, I'd highly recommend doing so. As always, video of this episode is available on our YouTube channel. #environmentaljustice #environmentalpolicy #leadership Air & Waste Management Association, National Association of Environmental Professionals, Construction & Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA), New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) https://lnkd.in/gZ3Cj4dN
