I recently met our APAC teams, clients, partners, and media in Sydney. It gave me an opportunity to immerse myself in learning about our clients' advancement journey with DXC Technology. Our Insurance Executive Forum brought together top insurers to discuss opportunities and challenges across the industry. I connected with clients including Marsh and Emerge Insurance, discussing key trends. Especially AI's growing impact on the industry at large bringing new levels of efficiencies. DXC manages over 1 billion policies for 1,000+ insurance customers globally. DXC’s 40+ years in APAC with 3,500 clients underscores our commitment to client success. We're driving innovation with our specialized engineers and industry experts making everyday lives better and more efficient, even in the most regulated industries. On thing that stuck with me was a CIO client statement, “We needed a partner we could trust, one who would be agile, innovate with us and deliver - while keeping our data safe. This theme came to life with incredible client stories of impact: - Western Sydney International Airport: building a fully digitized airport for 10 million passengers by 2026, and 82 million by 2060. We’re bringing seamless experiences for passengers, flight crew, airport tenants and government agencies, using AI and automation - integrating 60 different technology systems. - Singapore’s Immigration Authority: reducing wait times by 30% with a passport-free QR code clearance process, transforming the second busiest land crossing into the most efficient. - Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway Corporation: improving user experience and faster resolution of requests for 98 stations with a new operating model, AI-powered contact center, and chatbot.
