Florida Woman Boils Nuts, Spikes Balls, Shapes Brands. Everyone, please welcome our latest art director Megan Pando. A gifted designer with experience working on Nike, Venmo, Bachan's (yes, that dope Japanese-style BBQ sauce), and many more, we're lucky to have her on board. Her background in collegiate volleyball and concepting chops earned from The Portfolio Center in Atlanta give her a fiercely collaborative and competitive spirit—and seriously, she makes some wicked good boiled nuts.

Too many women aren’t getting regular mammograms. They do, however, want their friends to be healthy. That’s why we created the “Take Care of Your Girls” campaign in partnership with Intermountain Medical Imaging

Justin Hardesty wears more hats than Bartholomew Cubbins, In the world of ads, he's known for his shufflin'. A creative strategist, sharp and keen, He crafts ideas like you've never seen. Okay, Seussian silliness aside, we're thrilled to have such a curious and talented strategist on our team. With years of photography, videography, fishing, and climbing under his belt, we can't wait to see him cook.

Navigating the twists and turns of paid media–while trying to interpret channels, audiences, and pricing models–can feel like a wild ride. This was on full display today at the City of Boise’s Greater Community Engagement Group, with our very own Spenser Wilson, making the whole landscape easier to understand. A big shoutout to the City of Boise Communications and Community Engagement teams for inviting us today.

When we neighbor well, we all thrive. Learn more about what it means to neighbor well at idahoopportunity.org
We might not be aware of the micro-aggressions our BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities experience every day. But if we look closer, they're hard to miss. It's the avoidance of eye contact. It's the marginal service at a restaurant. The assumptions. This new work from DuftWatterson.com is a story that needs to be told, and hopefully inspires all of us to consider what it means to "Neighbor Well." Neighboring well can be a simple thing. A smile. A hello. An invitation to get acquainted. An open mind. Kudos to the Duft Watterson team Tony Hart, Randi Arnot, Jonah Svihus, Hanna W., Chloe Pampush, Spenser Wilson, Cody Howard, Liliana Acosta, our production pals Ze'ev Waismann and Andrew Schwartz, and our collaborative client-partners at the Idaho Opportunity Initiative (IOI).

How 'bout that? DW has again won a top spot in Outside's Best Places to Work list. This year, we're #18 in the U.S. What’s extra cool about this award is that it’s heavily weighted on feedback from our team members. So, thanks Outside Magazine. And thanks DW team!
