Since 2009 Dress for Success Worldwide-West has provided professional attire, community, as well as career and leadership development tools to over 15,000 women. Understanding the systemic challenges women face in the workforce, Dress for Success empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing the network and support they need to navigate the world of work. Having a strong network is critical to a woman’s personal and professional success. When a woman joins Dress for Success, she becomes part of a network ready to leverage their talent and time to help her get ahead. Dress for Success understands the importance of listening to the women we serve and learning firsthand the challenges they face. We design and deliver services and programs to help women overcome these challenges for every phase of their personal and professional journey, whether she’s a job seeker, an employed professional, or a woman ready to be a leader in her community. Our programs are outcomes driven, leveraging best practices and first-in-class partnerships to ensure that participation is contributing to measurable milestones on a woman’s journey to financial independence – milestones like getting hired, promotions and raises, or increasing financial knowledge.
