When I was managing what felt like exorbitant amounts of stress and pressure in my leadership role, I finally stopped to look in the mirror. It wasn't all the circumstances... it was me. I was adding to the stress both I and my team was feeling because I was guilty of these two leadership sins that damaged my team's clear direction and vision for where we were going. Our Fundraising Solutions team has been expanding this year and Zoey Landon has been the perfect addition to the team! Our team member spotlight this week is one of our Senior Account Managers, Zoey Landon. Zoey's role entails working closely with our clients and being a voice for them to our internal team. She says that working on the DickersonBakker team is "incredibly empowering and is an amazing experience to share new ideas with each other and implement better ways to do our work". Zoey loves being creative and getting to create and grow the agency work here at DickersonBakker. When asked who inspires her, Zoey says her boss, Victoria Mannoia. She says Victoria "is extremely knowledgeable in her work, is a great mom, and an amazing leader." Outside of work, Zoey has hit some remarkable achievements. In 2023, Zoey completed a half ironman! She loves getting to spend time outdoors with her family, particularly if it's on a bike. Her dream travel destination is anywhere with water, surf, local culture and great food. We are blessed to work with you Zoey!
