As we sat with the student body during chapel a few weeks ago, for the first time in many years, the feeling and meaning of that statement never felt so real. Welcome to the team Mike Miner!   Mike is a graduate from Michigan State University with a degree in Construction Management bringing more than 21 years of construction experience. His background has included projects in seven states, across multiple industries, with nearly $2B in revenue including roles in estimating and preconstruction.   “The energy and culture here are truly great. DHE has been a very reputable company I have watched grow for years. With the company now having an ESOP; you can feel that we are at another launch point. It’s truly exciting to be joining such a great Team of people.”   As we continue to have significant growth we are excited for Mike to help that continue in his new role as COO. Mike and his family are excited to join our DHE family and continue to shape the future of not only DHE but the industry.
