    We don’t need AGI, do we? There’s so much hype around Artificial General Intelligence, but let's be real—is it just a drain on investor funds? Think about it, can we really train AI on something as complex and uniquely human as curiosity? It’s not just about accumulating data from the brightest minds or technological feats—it’s about the innate drive to explore and question, which isn’t something you can easily capture or quantify. Even with advancements like Neuralink or other brain-computer interfaces, capturing the essence of human curiosity seems nearly impossible. Let’s say, hypothetically, we achieve AGI—what then? Can we trust its conclusions? Will it truly understand our needs, or will it just generate 'interesting' outputs without real substance, like asking MidJourney to ‘imagine’ something? Maybe instead of chasing the AGI dream, we should focus on refining AI’s reasoning abilities, reduce hallucinations, and understand how to measure them effectively. Investing in making AI more reliable and useful in practical terms might be the smarter play. What’s your take? #AI #AGI
