About us
“You get us” We hear it from our clients all the time. But it starts by understanding ourselves. So we created a new brand that better represents Dalton––what we stand for and what our clients stand to gain by working with us. So who is Dalton? 30+ Years. 100+ Employees. 3 Offices. Sure, numbers can give you a snapshot of Dalton, but what about the people behind Dalton? Well, we’re curious, honest, and open — it's why we say ‘We Get People”. What’s it like working with Dalton? We tackle problems head on. But we’re not headstrong. We like the work. Each other. And helping our clients win. Maybe that makes us a good fit. Maybe not. Let’s start a conversation and see.

What a special day this was. I am so proud to have had a part in a great addition to Jacksonville.
We are still buzzing over the opening of our newest JaxParks addition 🌳 Located at 176 N. Lee Street in historic LaVilla, Lift Ev'ry Voice And Sing Park was the location of the family home of James Weldon Johnson and his brother John Rosamond Johnson, composers of the famous song. Lift Evr’y Voice and Sing Park represents an opportunity to commemorate The Black National Anthem, celebrate the heritage and success of the once-segregated La Villa neighborhood in Jacksonville, and create a new park for the everyday and mundane, as well as community gatherings, events, and celebrations. The conceptual approach of the park begins by tracing the plots of the homes, businesses and yards that once existed here when La Villa was a thriving Black neighborhood. It is within this stretch of land that the Johnson Brothers’ home stood and where they grew up. These traces are interpreted as paved bands throughout the park, from which new gardens, lawns, and gathering spaces emerge.
